Breast Lift
Breast lift, or mastopexy, is a surgical procedure
that raises and reshapes sagging breasts for a time.
Pregnancy, nursing and gravity will, over time,
cause the breasts to sag, and no surgery can
permanently stop these forces. Breast lift surgery
can also reduce the size of the areola. If breasts
are small or have lost volume, implants can be used
in conjunction with the breast lift surgery to
increase firmness and size. If you're planning to
have children after the surgery, it is advised that
you wait to have the breast lift until afterwards,
since pregnancy and nursing can stretch the breasts
and reverse the effects of the surgery.

Breast Reduction
Breast
reduction, or reduction mammoplasty, is a
surgical operation used to help women with
unusually large, sagging breasts to achieve
smaller, firmer breasts that are more
proportionate to their bodies. Sometimes
larger breasts can cause certain
complications like neck and back pain,
skeletal deformities, skin irritations, and
indentations in the skin caused by bra
straps. Some women have a harder time doing
physical activities and are self-conscious. By
having a breast reduction these women will
be more comfortable and have a better
quality of life.

Ear Pinning
(Otoplasty)
Ear pinning or
otoplasty is a form of ear surgery performed
to set disproportionately large or prominent
ears closer to the head. Too much cartilage
in the concha, the bowl-shaped portion of
the ear and lack of development of the
natural folds of the ear (antihelix) are the
usual causes of large, protruding ears.
Protruding ears
cause more image problems than many real
medical problems. It is commonly sought for
children who often suffer from the unwanted
attention protruding ears can cause.
Children are excellent candidates because
their ear tissue is very flexible. Although
the procedure is more common among children,
almost anyone can achieve successful results
with ear pinning.

Eyelid Surgery (Upper &
Lower)
Eyelid surgery, or blepharoplasty, is a
procedure to remove fat, excess skin, and/or
muscle from the upper and lower eyelids.
This surgery reduces drooping in upper lids
and puffiness below your eye. However, the

other wrinkles, eliminate dark circles or
lift sagging eyebrows.

Face Lift
A face lift, also called Rhytidectomy, is a

Intense Pulse
Light Therapy (IPL)
IPL therapy, or non-abattive resurfacing

Juvederm
Juvederm is the only hyaluronic acid filler
FDA approved to last up to 1 year. Juvederm

Liposuction
Liposuction is a
procedure in which fat deposits can be

Rhinoplasty
(Nose)
Rhinoplasty
is a surgical procedure in which the nose is
reshaped and resculpted. Thousands of rhinoplasties,
or nose jobs are performed each year. Dr. Anagnos can
either increase or decrease the size of the nose,
change the overall shape of the tip of the nose and
bridge, narrow the nostril span, or change the angle
between the upper lip and the nose. Rhinoplasty can
also be done to correct a birth defect, or to allow
better breathing.

Structural Fat
Grafting
Structural fat grafting is a natural way to
fill in creases and wrinkles, by a specific
method of obtaining fatty tissue for
grafting and re-implantation. The tissue is
obtained by gentle aspiration with
specialized instruments in an effort to
maintain the basic structure of the cells,
while keeping them alive and intact. The fat
cells are purified and then re-implanted
into areas that are deficient in soft tissue
volume. Small amounts of fat are injected in
layers to gradually build up new soft tissue
structures. The classic areas for fat
grafting are in the face, including laugh
lines and frown lines, upper and lower lips,
marionette lines, under the eyes and
occasionally, the eyelids and jaw line.
Another common area for fat grafting is the
back of the hands. Fat cells are placed into
an environment which allows for easy
reestablishment. Tissues on the face are
highly vascular, having a much better blood
supply than the rest of the body, allowing a
higher chance of successful grafting.

Tummy Tuck
Abdominoplasty, also
known as the tummy tuck, is a surgical procedure in
which excess skin and fat is removed from the
abdomen area causing the muscles in the abdomen to
tighten. This procedure dramatically alters the
appearance of the stomach, making it look smoother
and flatter. Patients with fat deposits or loose
skin on the stomach that will not respond to diet
and exercise are ideal candidates. Women, who after
pregnancy, where the skin has been
stretched to a point where it will not go back to
