Contour Threads™ are approved by the FDA and have the CE Mark, Health Canada Approval. It is the only FDA approved non-absorbable barbed sutures.
Many threads on the market do not have FDA clearance for marketing. Threads from Russia, Australia, Brazil, Romania, China and Canada do not have this clearance.
